Increase in the rate of foreclosures in July

The exclusion of U.S. activity topped 300,000 in July for the 17TH consecutive month, market online RealtyTrac reported Thursday.

Notices of default, count auctions of involuntary House and Bank repossessions, RealtyTrac says foreclosures increased nearly 4 percent in the month with 325,229 properties involved.

Foreclosures in the month reached one in every 397 units of United States, said the company.

July foreclosures also marked the eighth consecutive month in which the rate rose compared with a year ago, despite that in July 2010 foreclosures were almost 10 per cent lower in July 2009.

Warnings by default rose a 1 per cent from June to July, while that foreclosure auctions increased by 2% every month.Repossessions, achieved in May 93,777, hit the second highest level since 2005, when RealtyTrac first control seizures of the House.

In July, 92,858 houses were seized by the banks.

Rate of exclusion of Nevada lead the country with one of each 82 houses in absentia, put up for auction or incautadas.En Arizona, then in the list, one of the 167 units housing was involved in the exclusion in Florida, one in every 171 households faced exclusion in July.
